1、 Main purpose:

When making synthetic leather, it is added to polyurethane resin to make the film uniform and achieve a smooth effect.

Synthetic leather can be made waterproof and oil resistant, with high waterproof, water-resistant, stain resistant, and easy to clean effects.

2、 Performance characteristics:

1. All synthetic leather polyurethane solutions are universal.

2. It has excellent breathability.

3. It has a good water repellent effect, so adding it to polyurethane surface treatment agents has a good water resistance effect.

4. It has softness and anti fouling properties, and is easy to remove dirt.

5. Incremental use of this product results in better oil resistance.

6. When used in combination with polyurethane resin, it is easy to use and has no effect on the stability of the mixture.

4、 Usage and dosage:

1. Purpose: To prevent air bubbles and hydrolysis in the wet synthetic leather impregnation process

The amount of polyurethane water repellent added is 0.4-0.8%.

2. Purpose: To improve the water pressure resistance of polyurethane breathable waterproof leather

The amount of polyurethane water repellent added is 0.4-0.8%.

3. Purpose: Wet treated soccer balls and soccer shoes with waterproof and stain resistant properties

The amount of polyurethane water repellent added is 0.4-0.8%.

5、 Processing conditions:

Material: Non woven fabric

1. Pre treatment: Water repellent/DMF=1/4 solution

2. Immersion: The non-woven fabric is immersed in the resin for 4 minutes and then rolled by a roller

3. Solidification: 15% DMF aqueous solution at 38 ℃ for 10 minutes

4. Wash: Warm water at 50 ℃ for 20 minutes

5. Washing time: 10 minutes

6. Drying: 110 ℃ for 10 minutes
